hotel info??? I don't have any lined up but I would look in New Paltz,Ny as it is closer than Kingston. Let me know if we need rooms.
food- I'll fire up the grill, will have burgers and dogs, bring anything you want.
Tables and chairs - I have three 8Ft's and 18 folding chairs
Parking- in driveway for unloading, we can stage in the firehouse parking lot.
Rain/ weather. We can work in the garage, we can stand in the rain, I have one pole canapy to set up, We can even stand in my house to battle if needed.
